Cancellation Policy


We get it life happens and sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment,sometimes we can fill these spaces if enough time is given. That's why we please ask for at least 24hrs before your appointment when you do need to cancel or reschedule. That way we can fill the time and someone else has the opportunity to book in. 
A cancellation fee of 30% of your appointment total will be added to your next appointment if you cancel under 24hrs. 

no shows
Sometimes appointments are forgotten and that's ok we all do it. That's why we send out a confirmation message 48hrs before your appointment. If forgetting your appointment is a recurring thing, unfortunately any appointment made after 2 no shows a non refundable deposit of 30% will have to be paid before your appointment can be confirmed.  


Changing your Appointment
When you book an appointment for a colour and a cut and then decide you only need a haircut or decide to not have a haircut at all, please understand that the allocated time has been designated for your appointment and by changing this without giving sufficient time another client could have had the opportunity to have their hair done. 
if you decide to change what you are having done on the day of your appointment a 30% charge will be added to your final bill. 

Prices
Prices on our online booking system are a guide only and will be properly quoted at the commencement of your appointment

New Clients  
All new clients must pay a $30 deposit to confirm your appointment. this can be paid up to 48hrs before your appointment. Payments can be made via credit card over the phone or coming in to the salon to pay via cash or credit card.
All  appointments that are over 2 hours long will incur a non refundable 50% deposit for new clients which will be deducted from your total.
This will also need to be paid for at least 48hrs beforehand.
All deposits will be taken off the final amount at the completion of your appointment
